FedEx Ground to anywhere in the U.S. — all inclusive, tariffs and duties covered in full, no surprises at the door. Orders under $60 are $17.99. From $60 to $99.99 it drops to $9.99. Hit $100 and it’s free.
Most orders leave the building within 1–2 business days, then take 3–7 business days to reach you. Need it sooner? Expedited and priority FedEx are offered at checkout.
Free over $99. Tracked under it.
Standard ground anywhere in Canada is free on orders over $99. From $55 to $99 it’s $9.99, and under $55 it’s $19.99. Everything is tracked from the moment we hand the box over.
Most orders leave the building within 1–2 business days. Standard takes another 3–5 from there depending on where you live — faster if you're a city, slower if your nearest post office shares a parking lot with a moose.
Free shipping applies on its own once your cart reaches $100.
What happens after you click.
- 01Order placedWe send a confirmation email immediately. If you don’t see it, check spam — sometimes our friendly emails get filed under noise.
- 02Picked + packedWithin 1–2 business days. Each piece is folded by hand, tagged, and tucked into a recycled mailer.
- 03Tracking + transitYou get a tracking link the moment the box leaves us. Watch it move across the country — surprisingly satisfying.
- 04DeliveredOpen the box, smell the wool, put on the toque, send a photo to a friend who said you didn’t need another one.
Cut-off dates.
We post final order dates in early November every year on the homepage banner. Order before those dates and your box will be under the tree. After them — we'll do our best, but the carriers are the boss.
